Submit information you are authorised to share. Business details, claims, offers and reviews are checked before publication. Do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents.
Business claims and corrections
A claim asks the editorial team to check your authority to represent a business. Use an official business email and provide a link to an official contact page. Claiming does not automatically create an account or give editing access. Approved corrections are applied by our editors.
Customer reviews
Write about your own experience. Explain what happened clearly and fairly. Do not submit advertising, copied reviews, discriminatory abuse, personal contact information, threats or claims you cannot support. Disclose any business connection. We may request clarification, decline unsuitable submissions or remove reviews that break these guidelines. Businesses can submit a response through the update form for editorial review.
Offers and packages
State the included services, price and currency where applicable, eligibility, exclusions, booking requirements and expiry date. Link to an official offer page. Expired offers disappear automatically. Visitors should confirm availability and conditions with the business before booking.
Sponsored placements
Paid visibility is labelled. Placement details and price are agreed before activation. Sponsorship does not change customer reviews or ratings and is not an endorsement or a promise of search rankings.
Your information
Your contact email is kept private. Review display names and approved business information may be public. We keep submissions and moderation records while needed to manage the directory. Request a correction or deletion through our contact page. We use a hashed network identifier temporarily to limit spam. Opening an external map, WhatsApp link or business website takes you to that service.
